Royal Sisters Project grows through people and organizations that believe every girl deserves consistent support, meaningful opportunities, and a community where she belongs. Whether you give time, resources, expertise, or access, you can help open doors for Philadelphia girls ages 13–19.
ENROLL A YOUNG PERSON
RSP provides free eight-week mentorship cohorts featuring leadership development, life skills, entrepreneurship, wellness, workshops, and community experiences. Families may contact RSP to ask about enrollment and upcoming cohort dates.
BECOME A MENTOR OR VOLUNTEER
Support group mentorship, workshops, special events, community service, transportation coordination, meals, or program preparation. Volunteers working directly with youth must complete RSP’s screening, orientation, training, and youth-safety requirements.
Businesses and organizations can sponsor a cohort, host an educational visit, provide employee volunteers, offer career-shadowing opportunities, donate goods or services, or invest financially in sustained free programming.
