Royal Sisters Project is governed by a committed Board of Directors that provides leadership, accountability, financial oversight, and support for our mission to help Philadelphia girls build purpose, belonging, confidence, and pathways toward their futures.
Willa P. — President
Provides board leadership, supports organizational governance, and helps guide RSP’s strategic direction.
Paris G. — Vice President & Founder
Nonprofit leader and higher education professional who guides RSP’s mission, programs, partnerships, and long-term vision.
Kesha H. — Treasurer
Finance professional who supports budgeting, financial oversight, accountability, and responsible stewardship of charitable resources.
Raven H. — Secretary
Maintains board records, supports meeting documentation, and helps ensure clear and organized governance practices.
Kevin H. — Fundraising Liaison
Retired teacher who supports community outreach, donor relationships, fundraising activities, and partnership development.
Together, RSP’s board helps ensure that the organization remains mission-focused, responsibly managed, and prepared to provide free, meaningful programming for girls ages 13–19.
