IMPACT & TRANSPARENCY

Royal Sisters Project helps Philadelphia girls build purpose, belonging, confidence, leadership skills, practical life skills, and pathways toward their futures through consistent relationships and meaningful experiences.

RSP IMPACT AT A GLANCE

Founded in 2019
Serving Philadelphia girls and young women ages 13–19
More than 100 young people reached annually
More than 60 participants engaged during Summer 2026
Approximately 10–12 participants typically attending weekly
Eight-week structured mentorship cohorts
All youth programming provided free of charge

HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS

  1. A young person registers with RSP.

  2. Her family completes orientation and required safety forms.

  3. She enters an eight-week mentorship cohort.

  4. She participates in workshops, life-skills activities, leadership development, entrepreneurship, wellness, and community experiences.

  5. She completes the cohort and remains connected to the RSP community.

  6. Eligible older participants may transition into Junior Mentor or Alumni Sister roles.

A stronger sense of belonging and connection
Increased confidence and leadership skills
Consistent program attendance
Completion of an eight-week mentorship cohort
Participation in community service
Exposure to careers, colleges, trades, wellness, and entrepreneurship
Older participants growing into leadership and mentorship roles

Royal Sisters Project, Inc. is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. EIN: 84-2436523. RSP is governed by a Board of Directors and is committed to responsible budgeting, financial oversight, nondiscrimination, ethical decision-making, youth safety, and responsible stewardship of every contribution.
