HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS

A young person registers with RSP.

Her family completes orientation and required safety forms.

She enters an eight-week mentorship cohort.

She participates in workshops, life-skills activities, leadership development, entrepreneurship, wellness, and community experiences.

She completes the cohort and remains connected to the RSP community.

Eligible older participants may transition into Junior Mentor or Alumni Sister roles.

RSP is governed by a Board of Directors and is committed to responsible budgeting, financial oversight, nondiscrimination, ethical decision-making, youth safety, and responsible stewardship of every contribution.
