Youth Hangout Volunteer Job Description and Expectations 

Purpose: To advise, govern, oversee policy and direction, and assist with weekly planning of youth hangouts and general promotion of Royal Sisters Project Youth Hangout (ages 13-19) so as to support the organization’s mission and needs.  

Optional – Mission or purpose statement: Royal Sisters Project is dedicated to bringing a diverse group of women together to provide for all individuals who are in need and under-resourced delivered with trust, understanding and thoughtfulness without main focus being helping at risk youth and women empowerment.

Hours: Mondays 6:15pm-8:00 pm (other opportunities will be available)

*Major responsibilities: 

• Assist with plans, leading, and supervision of youth.

• Provides high-quality educational and recreational opportunities and enjoyable experiences for youth participants.

• Supervise Youth and ensures their safety, development, growth, skill achievement, and general well-being.
